Kizashi is Suzuki's best-ever car for the American market

The Kizashi comes in four trim levels — S, SE, GTS and SLS — ranging from $18,999 for a manual with front-wheel drive to $26,749 for a loaded near-luxury model with automatic and all-wheel drive. Our test Kizashi GTS automatic with all-wheel drive was $25,709, including floormats and a destination charge.

In July, the Kizashi was recalled and sales halted. The recall is due to a defect that may allow a door in the lower part of the dashboard to open in a crash. Suzuki has halted deliveries of the Kizashi to dealerships to give dealers time to fix their stock. The recall of already-sold Kizashis will begine July ninth. Owners of vehicles that may have been affected should contact Suzuki at 714-996-7040.
